Dunkin’ Brands Franchising
Over 3 years of partnership, I established relationships with several franchisees via design reviews, research initiatives, and other engagements. Dunkin’ Brands asked us to modernize the acquisition and back-of-house operations.
I led the strategy and experience design for the franchising website with a goal of increasing lead generations and standardizing applications for review and approvals.
For the back-of-house, I led several small initiatives for their franchisee portal where owners and operators would access brand services ranging from merchandise ordering to rights access management.
Our main goal was always to streamline tasks and provide clear validation for busy and potentially less technical operators.
